Our Cloud Cream is made only when you order — fresh, small-batch, and preservative-free. Because we don’t use any synthetic preservatives, we whip each jar to order and ship within a week to ensure the cleanest, gentlest care for your baby’s skin.

1. Can I use it daily?

Yes, JUAH Cloud Cream is a moisturising cream. It hydrates while also creating a light barrier on the skin especially for daytime use, when it gets hot and sweaty, because the zinc oxide helps protect against moisture and irritation, while the butters and oils keep skin soft and nourished. It’s both a moisturiser and a protector, perfect for our humid weather.

2. My child has eczema, is it safe to use?

JUAH Cloud Cream is designed to be gentle and protective for delicate skin, with zinc oxide and nourishing plant-based oils. It is free from harsh fragrances and unnecessary preservatives, making it suitable for everyday use. Think of it as a barrier cream that locks in moisture and shields from irritation, helpful for sensitive skin.

3. Does the cream need to be refrigerated?

Please store JUAH Cloud Cream in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because Cloud Cream is lovingly handmade and we don’t use heavy stabilisers or synthetic binders, a little oil separation can happen if weather conditions become too warm. Pease use the spatula provided to mix the oils back in.

If you've purchased in bulk, you may store unopened tubs in the refrigerator for extended longevity. 

4. How long can I use the cream for after opening?

Once opened, we recommend finishing your tub as soon as possible by using it daily. JUAH Cloud Cream is formulated to last up to 12 months after opening. But its longevity also depends on how often the tub is opened and how it’s stored. To keep it fresh, always use clean hands or a spatula, and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
